Refund policy

At Kyusha Select, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.


Return Eligibility

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and components intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Important Exceptions

  • Drop-shipped items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These products ship directly from our suppliers, and all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
